When purchasing the watch, nothing was mentioned about it being locked to a certain service provider either. The only information relating to the Series 6 is the “Family Setup” section of the website, which also names vodafone as a supported provider. Now, i am with “voxi”, a cheaper service provided by vodafone for teens, could this be the issue?įurthermore, while trying to find which service providers will work,i couldn’t work that out either, as apple only include this information for newer models. I had read prior to purchase that vodafone would work fine. While trying to set up my refurbished series 6 apple watch, both the watch and the watch app are giving me a message that “This apple watch does not support Vodafone UK mobile service in this region.” I have included a screenshot for the full message. Hi everyone, really hope i’m not repeating or asking a stupid question here, but i cannot find the answer anywhere. ![]()
